HOT: Microwave the pack for 30 seconds. Remove and knead and compress to distribute the heat evenly. Relieves pain associated with stiff joints and muscles. Increases blood flow on the treated area.
COLD: Place the pack in the freezer for a minimum of one hour. Apply to pain area to quickly reduce swelling and bruising from pain caused by injury, strains, and sprains.
