Due to surgery I have moderate incontinence especially at night.With a 36" waist the medium size fits me well,with enough room for a pad if needed.I love the feel of the fabric and the material breathes so there is minimum perspiration. They can be worn over or under panties,shape-ware with no telltale rustling.
