Arrived when really needed. Am handicapped with RH and this sturdy big black hunk of wire and wheels was sure to fit the bill. BUT WAIT-I am missing some parts. Yep, am missing the spacer springs. I have emailed the mfg. for replacements. They need to respond ASAP to deserve 4 stars. Should be 5 stars.
Should really fit most seniors groceries and laundry. Would be using my new one except missing 2 spacer springs on delivery.

Arrived missing spacer springs. Otherwise I believe it is a 5 star buy.Appears sturdy as a bull moose.<br>Have not heard from vendor. Am handicapped and need ASAP please.
